Our tri-level home features a recently built indoor bar and workstation, a game area, a Samsung Frame TV in the living room, smart TVs in every bedroom, a huge screened backyard with pool and spa, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen stocked with supplies. The vintage interior — complete with a working rotary phone and record player — carries the sleek lines of the 1950s and 60s.
Winter note: the pool and spa are heated by an electric heat pump. When outdoor temperatures drop below roughly 50–55°F, the system may not hold comfortable water temperatures.
